Services
What we do, in detail.
Every service is handled by a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent — not a junior associate.
We prepare Form 1040 for W-2 employees, freelancers, rental property owners, stock investors, and retirees. Our process goes beyond entering numbers — we review prior year returns for missed deductions, analyze your withholding, and flag anything that might attract IRS attention.
What’s included
- Federal and state (FL has no income tax, but we handle multi-state filers)
- Schedule C for self-employed individuals and freelancers
- Schedule D for capital gains and crypto sales
- Schedule E for rental income and pass-through K-1s
- FBAR and FATCA filing if you hold foreign accounts
- Prior year review at no additional charge for new clients
Tax filing is the last step — planning is where the money is. We work with S-Corps, multi-member LLCs, and sole proprietors throughout the year to identify timing opportunities, retirement contribution strategies, equipment purchases, and entity restructuring questions before the year ends.
What’s included
- S-Corp and C-Corp tax returns (Form 1120-S / 1120)
- Partnership returns (Form 1065)
- Quarterly estimated tax payments
- Payroll tax compliance for S-Corp owner-employees
- Section 179 and bonus depreciation analysis
- Annual entity structure review (LLC vs. S-Corp vs. C-Corp)
Clean books by the 10th of every month. We reconcile bank and credit card accounts, categorize transactions, and deliver a monthly P&L and balance sheet. When tax season arrives, there's no scramble — we already have everything.
What’s included
- Monthly reconciliation (bank + credit card)
- Transaction categorization against your chart of accounts
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet delivery
- QuickBooks Online or Xero (we set it up, you get access)
- Annual books finalized and handed to your tax preparer — or handled in-house if you're a full-service client
- Payroll coordination with your processor (Gusto, ADP, etc.)
An IRS notice is not the end of the world, but ignoring it is. Our Enrolled Agent James Mitchell handles all forms of IRS correspondence and dispute resolution — from CP2000 soft audits to full field exams to collection actions.
What’s included
- CP2000 and CP501 notice response
- Audit representation (correspondence, office, and field audits)
- Tax lien and levy release
- Installment agreement negotiation
- Offer in Compromise evaluation and submission
- Innocent spouse relief claims
